ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 04.09.2014. The petitioner filed HMOP No.43 of 2018 before the Sub Court Theni seeking dissolution of his marriage with the respondent. It appears that the respondent remained exparte. She has now filed an application for setting aside the same along with her counter claim in the HMOP.

2.At this stage, the petitioner herein has filed this civil revision petition seeking speedy disposal of his HMOP. It is seen that the HMOP is of the year 2018 only. Therefore, this Court will not be justified in directing the Sub Court, Theni to dispose of the HMOP within a time frame. Therefore, a direction is given to the learned Sub Judge, Theni to dispose of the said HMOP as expeditiously as possible.

3.With this direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
