PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first, second and third respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant Science Teacher in the fourth Respondent School from date of appointment i.e., from 01.07.2019 and confer all the consequential monetary benefits as per the judgement passed in W.P.(MD).No.9416 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021 and follow the guidelines in W.A.(MD).No.76 of 2019 dated 31.03.2021. The instant writ petition has been filed by a B.T.Assistant (Science) teacher appointed in the fourth respondent's school seeking a mandamus as against the authorities to approve his appointment based upon the proposal forwarded by the school management.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted that the proposal submitted by the management has been rejected by the authorities on 01.08.2023. The said order has been challenged by the writ petitioner in another writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.20244 of 2023. 2/4
