RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court by an order dated 09.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 7483 of 2021 directing the petitioner to report before respondent police report daily before the Respondent Police at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BOOPATHY PANDIYAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 2.

According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is almost completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a coolie worker and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
