-------------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.4 of 2022 and charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court on 27.05.2022 and the same was not taken on file so far.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 95 days and he is entitled for statutory bail.

3. The Registry is directed to call for report from the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Madurai with regard to status of the final report.

4. Post the matter on 27.06.2022.

In this connection, you namely the The Special Judge (POCSO), Special Court for POCSO Cases Madurai is hereby required to submit the Status of the final report filed before the court on 27.05.2022 to this Registry on or before 26.06.2022 as the matter stands posted on 27/06/2022.
