ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the 4th respondent to conduct an inquiry and take action based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2026.

2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the representation made by the petitioner, the case of the petitioner is that petitioner is the owner of the property. The third parties, namely the private respondents have included the petitioner's property also in their document, by wrongfully mentioning the boundaries and also creating documents in the name of the dead persons and are trying to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner. 3.Even assuming that to be true, a document created by third parties among themselves with reference to the petitioner's property will not in any manner adversely affect the title of the petitioner. If the third parties are unnecessarily interfering in the possession of the petitioner's land, it is

for the petitioner to approach the appropriate civil Court against the private respondents and obtain an order of interim injunction against them and for that purpose no action can be taken by the District Collector or District Registrar in this regard. Keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to approach the appropriate civil Court for the relief, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
