ORDER
The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 20.11.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.24150 of 2023, wherein this Court has directed to disburse certain monitory benefits to the writ petitioners.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that challenging the said order, Writ Appeal in W.A(MD)Nos.86 & 87 of 2025, have been preferred and the Hon'ble Division Bench was pleased to order notice in January 2025.
3.Considering the above said facts, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioners to revive the same depending upon the outcome of the Writ Appeals.
