ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.212 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai. Non-bailable Warrant has been issued against him on 02.05.2016. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

3.If the petitioner fails to appear before the Court below for future hearings, he is entitled to file appropriate petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C. for condonation of his absence. Even if on one hearing, he is absent and no application is filed for condoning his absence, this order granting anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled automatically.

4.Recording the aforesaid undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition.
