ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1 to 3 respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members for peaceful residing in his house on the basis of his representation, dated 24.03.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no complaint or representation received by the second respondent. 3.If necessary, the petitioner is at liberty to give fresh complaint or representation before the competent authority. On such receipt of fresh complaint or representation, the competent authority shall conduct an enquiry by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents and dispose the same on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of such fresh representation.
