ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the second respondent / The Revenue Divisional Officer, Kulithalai, Karur District, to dispose of an appeal dated 28.07.2022 filed under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and boundaries Act, 1923, questioning an earlier order of the third respondent / Tahsildar, Krishnarayapuram, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District dated 28.05.2022.

2. That order of the third respondent / Tahsildar was passed consequent to a direction issued by this Court dated 20.01.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.819 of 2022 (Thangadurai Vs The District Collector, Karur District and others). Questioning the said order, the petitioner had filed a statutory appeal under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and boundaries Act, 1923. 2/4

3. Without entering into any discussion on the merits, a direction is given to the second respondent/ the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kulithalai, Karur District, to dispose the appeal after following due process in the manner known to law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner herein on or before 30.11.2023.

4. This writ petition is disposed of.
