O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the Additional Government Pleader would submit that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court dated 27.02.2025 survey has been conducted and finding that there are encroachers the respondents 1 to 4 have issued notice in accordance with law as per the procedure contemplated under Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act and they are also taking steps to remove the encroachment in accordance with law.

2. Having initiated action, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to proceed in accordance with law to remove the encroachment.
