This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 178 days in-representing the Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The delay would stand condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram, under the Head ''Environmental Fund'', as costs, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram, shall make use of the said amount for preservation of the environment. On production of payment receipt, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition and list the same for admission.
