Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to challenge the impugned order passed by the second respondent in ROCA3/8820/2020, dated 31.12.2020 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner and to regularise the services of the petitioner by taking into the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2022 and 10.04.2023.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner was implicated in a vigilance case. He was arrested and he was suspended from service on 31.12.2020. The petitioner has given the petition mentioned representation for review of the suspension order. However, in this writ petition, the suspension order has been put to challenge.

3. The suspension order cannot be set aside. However, the second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and take a call.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
