O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.04.2021 and 13.05.2021.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that corruption allegation has been made by the petitioner, against the fourth respondent. The third respondent has advised the petitioner to approach the concerned Vigilance Anticorruption Cell for appropriate remedy. But, the petitioner instead of approaching the concerned Vigilance Anticorruption Cell, come forward with this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that apart from demanding bribe, the fourth respondent abused the petitioner by calling his caste name and also abused him in filthy language.

4. What ever may be, corruption allegation is involved in this case, the third respondent has no right to enquire or investigate the matter. Hence, he advised the petitioner to approach the concerned Vigilance Anticorruption Cell for appropriate relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
