It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the second appeal in S.A.(MD)No.491 of 2022 is heard and reserved for judgment 2.In view of the above submission, no further order is required in this Writ Petition. Even otherwise, such a blanket order, prohibiting the statutory authorities from discharging their statutory functions, cannot be issued. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
