Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. It is stated that the writ petitioner was murdered and the private respondents are figuring as accused in the murder case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made serious allegations against respondents 8 and 9. he wants to take appropriate action on them.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that surcharge proceedings have been initiated and criminal prosecution has also been launched. In view of the subsequent developments, no further order needs to be passed.

5. Recording the subsequent development, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
