PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the Third Respondent i.e., the District Adi-Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer, Sivagangai to take immediate action on the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2019 regarding sending pension proposals to the Accountant General, Chennai within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
