ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.03.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 5(m) and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 506(i) of IPC, seeks bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982, vide order dated 29.03.2022. 3.Since Act 14 of 1982 has been invoked against the petitioner, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
