ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 complete the enquiry based on the petitioner`s complaint dated 07.02.2024 and 03.04.2025 within stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint as against the respondents 4 and 5 before the third respondent, but no action was taken. Therefore, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed after elaborate enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents 4 and 5, is inclined to pass orders.
