O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition is filed sought for a direction to the respondents-1 to 5 to order an enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.02.2019, within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner he was a president of Puthalam Milk Producers Co-operative Society Limited, No.VRD-76, Puthalam, Kanyakumari District. He has made a complaint to the 5th respondent/Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Milk), Nagercoil to find out the irregularities made by the other officer bearers of the respondents/Department and also he has made a representation, dated 08.02.2019 to the respondents, eventhough received by the respondents, no action was taken. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents-2 to 5 and perused the records carefully.

4. Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.02.2019 and take appropriate action after giving notice to the parties concerned within a period of Four (4) Weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
