The wife has come before this Court with this petition seeking transfer of the Divorce Petition in H.M.O.P.No.53 of 2016 filed by the respondent/husband on the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi, to the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner is the wife of the respondent residing at Tuticorin, aged about 45 years and it is very difficult for her to travel from Tuticorin to Sivakasi and therefore, for the sake of convenience of the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, transferring the Divorce Petition in H.M.O.P.No.53 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi, to the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
