ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.329 of 2013, on the file of the 2nd respondent police within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that after completion of enquiry, the complaint has been closed as 'mistake of fact' and he also submitted the closure report before this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

5. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
