O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since there is a dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, she frequently lodged complaints. Already, she lodged a complaint before the third respondent and the same was closed. Now again, the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent. Taking advantage of the same, now the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry. Therefore, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there is a dispute pending between the petitioner and fourth respondent and thereby, the fourth respondent lodged a Page No. 2 of 5

complaint against the petitioner and the same is under enquiry by the second respondent. They called the petitioner only for enquiry purpose. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner. Already the fourth respondent lodged the complaint before the third respondent and the same was closed and again, the fourth respondent lodged the complaint before the second respondent and the same is under enquiry and they will conduct the enquiry within one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this case, this Court, without issuing notice to the fourth respondent and recording the abovesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the fourth respondent's complaint and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of this order.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
