ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition to withdraw HMOP No.144 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Theni and transfer the same to Family Court, Madurai.

2. By consent of both parties, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to consider the prayer as sought for by the petitioner, herein.

By consent of both parties, without adverting to the allegations found in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the H.M.O.P.No.144 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Theni, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Madurai. Consequently, on receipt of this order Copy, the Sub Court, Theni, is directed to transfer all the relevant papers to Family Court, Madurai, forthwith. Both the parties undertake to co-operate for an early disposal of the case. In view of the undertaken given by the parties concerned, the Family Court, Madurai on receipt of the papers from the Sub Court, Theni, is directed to re-number the case and dispose of the same, within a period of six months thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
