ORDER
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.5739 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025.
2. Mr.V.G.Vallarasu Chezhiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he
prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions for nearly 14 days.
4. In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.5739 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, weekly once (i.e., on Monday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
