ORDER

The petitioner is the 2nd accused in S.C.No.4 of 2021 and he was found guilty 1/3

and convicted and sentenced by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli, by Judgment dated 07.11.2024.

2. This Court, while suspending the sentence on 12.02.2025, directed the petitioner to appear before Tiruppur South Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the said condition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition from 19.02.2025 .

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition from 19.02.2025, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.689 of 2025.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 28/04/2025 / TRUE COPY / /05/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
