Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.By consent of the both parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 26.07.2018 to the second respondent to grant permission to conduct the "Aadi Thiruvizha" as well as other programmes and also to conduct the "Light Music" at about 07.00 pm., to 01.00 am., on 10.08.2018 in temple namely "Shree Sudalai Aandavar Kovil" at Kalanthapanai, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, but sofar no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 08.08.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
