W.P.(MD)No.12475 of 2022 respondents 1 to 4, I am more than convinced that the issue projected in the writ petition is purely private in nature. There is a civil dispute between the petitioner and his brother regarding the use of pathway. The petitioner has to move the jurisdictional civil Court and obtain relief. Nothing can be granted in this writ proceeding.

2. Giving liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief, the writ petition is dismissed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
