The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time which was granted by this Court on 19.02.2026 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3508 of 2026, wherein this Court has directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time on the ground that the order copy was made ready belatedly and therefore, they could not comply with the order in time.

3. Considering the above said facts, time granted by this Court is extended till 30.04.2026. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.
