PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 to 7 to take appropriate action against non-functioning Advocates Associations in the light of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2025.

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.Mr.P.Thilak Kumr, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2 to 7.
3.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Managing Trustee of the Father of the Constitution of India Foundation. He filed this writ 2/5
petition to take appropriate action against the non-functioning Advocates Associations as per the Provisions of the Tamil Naud Societies Registration Act, which mandates the associations registered under the act has to comply with the mandatory activities in yearly basis. If the said activities are not complied with, the said associations will be treated as non-functioning associations and the same will be disqualified. Since many associations were termed as non functioning associations, the petitioner filed a representation dated 29.01.2025 to take action against the said association. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4.On perusing the entire affidavit and after hearing the submissions made by the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition are general in nature and not supported by any materials.
