To suspend the sentence imposed in judgment passed against the petitioner in S.C.No.1 of 2019 on 17.02.2026 by the 1st Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment made in S.C.No.1 of 2019 by the 1st Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi, dated 17.02.2026 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.6129 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.528 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 15.12.2025.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused person is inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
