ORDER

The petitioners have filed this criminal original petition to quash the proceedings in CC.No.201 of 2012 pending before the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur. 2.The petitioners have raised several grounds in this petition. However, the grounds raised by the petitioners are matter for trail. This court is not inclined to entertain this petition on the grounds raised by the petitioners. The petitioners shall raise all these grounds before the trial court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners have insisted for dispensing with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial court. The petitioners shall file necessary application for dispensing with their personal appearance before the trial court and the trial court shall decide it on merits.
