ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that already the police enquired the matter and thereafter they closed the petitioner by advising the parties to approach the civil Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents also represented that after enquiry the matter was closed and the parties are advised to approach the civil Court and seek their remedy.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry was closed, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
