ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.1576 of 2023, dated 17.04.2023 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli for modifying the condition to sign before the Thanjavur South Police Station instead of signing before the respondent police station.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8366 of 2023 Trichirappalli in Cr.M.P.No.1576 of 2023, dated 17.04.2023 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed in the said order dated 17.04.2023, shall remain unaltered.
