This petition has been filed by the petitioner to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent herein and punish her for Page No. 1 of 3

the willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3081 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1346 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that already the order passed by this Court has been complied with and she filed the charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathanadu by way of e-filing.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
