Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide his proceedings in R.No.32607/A2/2006, dated 15.04.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to reconsider the petitioner's renewal application dated 11.06.2006 in respect of Mini Bus bearing Registration No.TCA0149 plying on the route Budalur to Chellappanpettai Ayyanarkovil. I had also given certain consequential directions. It is now informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petitioner had passed away on 13.05.2020 and that he was not aware of the same, when he argued the writ petition. No order can be passed in the name of dead person.
