ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with these petitions to condone the delay of 672 days in filing the restoration petitions in Crl.O.P https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.M.P(MD).Nos.4584 and 4585 of 2020 (MD)Nos.12052 of 2014 and 12053 of 2014. Earlier, the petitioner filed a petition to quash the private complaints filed by the respondents in S.T.C.Nos.348 of 2009 and 209 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur and the same was dismissed for 'non-prosecution' on 11.10.2018. Against the same, the present petitions have been filed to restore the Criminal Original Petitions and to condone the delay of 672 days in filing the petitions.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that already private complaints filed by the respondent/petitioner herein were dismissed as withdrawn by order, dated 14.06.2019 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
