This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to file final report in Crime No.39 of 2018 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.39 of 2018.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.39 of 2018, before the Court concerned within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
