ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.183 of 2019, dated 27.11.2019 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent/CBCID.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after registration of F.I.R in Crime No.183 of 2019, the second respondent did not even taken any steps to secure the accused and kept the F.I.R in cold storage.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation is under progress and about the complete the same.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9527 of 2021 4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
