[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu viz., Iswariya @ Jamuna, D/o. Yoganathan, aged about 17 years, before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is listed today for admission, the detenu was produced by the third respondent and the petitioner is present. On enquiry, she would state that she is willing to go with her father, the petitioner herein and the petitioner has also accepted the same.

3. In the light of the above submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
