This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, seeking to quash the rejection order dated 15.04.2025 passed by the fifth respondent and consequently to direct the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting Kida Muttu Cultural Programme scheduled to be held on 11.05.2025 at 10.00 a.m., to 05.00 p.m., at Paranoor Village, R.S.Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District in connection with the birthday celebration of Former Chief Minister Mr.Edapadi Palanisamy.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. In that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is extracted hereunder:

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
