ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 12/2012, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case investigation has been completed by the first respondent police and filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and the same has been numbered as C.C.No.261 of 2023.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if they are aggrieved. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
