of MR.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner on 19.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.2554 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.169 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.R.Alagumani and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that the investigation is going on.
5. Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in in Crl.M.P.No.2554 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.169 of 2024 dated 19.03.2024 2/3
is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
