JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband, who filed H.M.O.P.No.73 of 2016 on the file of Sub-Court, Uthamapalayam, Theni District seeking for divorce to dissolve the marriage dated 12.06.2014, to the Family Court, Madurai, as the petitioner is residing at Madurai.

2. Notice has been ordered and it has been served and his name is also printed in the cause-list, however, none appeared for the respondent.

3. Since the petitioner/wife is residing at Madurai, it is appropriate to transfer H.M.O.P.No.73 of 2016 filed by the respondent/husband from the file of the Subordinate Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Uthamapalaym, Theni, to the file of the Family Court, Madurai

and the Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the same as per law.
