2.The only request made in the writ petition is for directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the petition mentioned representation. 3.The first respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass order therein after hearing the respondents 3 and 4. Such an order will be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
