PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Prabhakaran For Respondent : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a member of Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Party. On the basis of the complaint given by one Ragavi against this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.18 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it was a personal dispute, due to which, complaint came to be filed and later they made a compromise. The complainant has also given a statement to the effect that no further action is necessary and accordingly, it was closed on 09.07.2021.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even after closure of the complaint, the second respondent is making continuous harassment.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after closing of enquiry, there is no harassment and the allegations made by the petitioner is without any substance. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the higher official of the respondent, if he got any grievance against the respondent herein.
