ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.177 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation, final report was closed as "mistake of fact" and R.C.S. notice was served upon the petitioners. The report was submitted before the Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam. So the matter has become infructuous.

3. Since the closure report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioners are at liberty to work out remedy through proper proceedings.
