ORDER
The petitioner has filed this contempt petition that the order of this Court dated 07.06.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8277 of 2024 has not 1/4
been complied with.
2. When this contempt petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the final report in Crime No.28 of 2021 has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, on 02.07.2025, through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed. Mere filing of the final report through e-filing is not sufficient. The respondent Police shall ensure that the final report filed through e-filing is taken on file without any delay.
