This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.168 of 2021,on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.355 of 2022 and the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous, with liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
