[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] Heard Mr.H.Lakshmishankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, P.Kanmani, aged about 16 years from the custody of the respondents 3 to 5 and handover her custody to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.704 of 2020 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue as well as her parents including the petitioner appeared before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue informed that she is a minor and she is now staying at Annai Sathya Ammaiyar Ninaivu Arasu Anathai Illam, B.N.Valaham, Dindigul. Even after persuasion by her parents, she wanted to stay only at home where now she is staying. 4.In the light of the above statement, no further adjudication is required in this matter. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
