This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to give adequate police protection for the petitioner to remove the Prosopis Juliflora (Seemai Karuvelam Trees) inside the Vaiparu riverbed as per the work order in br.K.f.vz;.nfh2/2021-3/,.bgh/g[J}h; dated 02.07.2021, based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 12.07.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.12 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the petitioner was issued with another work order in some other place by cancelling the original work order which is under dispute. So, on that basis, the petitioner himself gave an undertaking and statement to the effect that he will approach the PWD Officials in this regard and the complaint was closed.
